As a Ride Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests at Screamers Park. Responsibilities
- Operate rides safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Ensure that all guests are properly secured and informed about ride procedures.
- Provide exceptional guest services by greeting visitors and answering any questions they may have.
- Monitor ride operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage conflicts or concerns from guests in a calm and effective manner.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the ride area.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience during events or peak times.
- Engage with children and families to create a fun atmosphere, utilizing skills in public speaking when necessary.
Experience
