We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant Director of Maintenance to join our team and ensure that our facility operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently. If you have a strong maintenance background and are committed to excellence, we want to hear from you!
Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour; full-time 35 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Inspections & Safety Oversight: Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure safety, upkeep, and operational standards, including checking equipment performance and facility appearance.
Maintenance Scheduling & Execution: Plan, prioritize, and oversee all maintenance and repair activities to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
Vendor & Contract Management: Supervise contracted services, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed in accordance with established timelines.
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of repairs, preventative maintenance, warranties, and inspections.
Compliance: Ensure all maintenance work complies with Local, State, Federal, and OSHA standards and regulations.
Emergency Response: Be available for on-call emergency situations and urgent maintenance needs as required.
