Overview
Our team is currently seeking detail-oriented HVAC Technicians to install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
We are looking for entry- level techs with general maintenance experience. YOU BRING THE TALENT AND WE WILL PROVIDE THE ON-THE-JOB TRAINING.
As an EXPERIENCED HVAC TECHNICIAN at RES AIR CONDITIONING INC., you will be responsible for cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems with minimal supervision and full remote support.
You will oversee air quality systems from new installation start-up to end-of-life, by performing maintenance, warranty, and emergency repairs.
Successful candidates for this role must have customer satisfaction, safety, and comfort as a top priority. IDEAL candidates should be patient, have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills, and SUPERIOR customer service. Rate of pay is based on experience and skill level.
Responsibilities
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- Cleaning, adjusting, repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Properly completing ALL necessary written and electronic records for each job
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with OSHA
- Maintenance and repair
- Troubleshooting
