Prepare competitive bid packages, complete scope breakdowns, takeoffs, estimating and budgeting. Leveling of subcontractors bids, bid negotiation, value engineering. Submit RFI's, maintain logs, submittals and submittal logs, review shop drawings, preparation of change orders. Client interaction at negotiations, site meetings, meeting minutes, site visits. Assist in preparing AIA contracts. Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Project & Procore. This position requires project leadership and vision as well as sensitivities to clients needs while balancing project cost and time constraints. This individual will work closely with the owner on most projects but be able to spearhead smaller projects as the team leader.
Pay: $130,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
