Pay Range: $14 to $16 per hour. Plus Commission sales for all sales. Annual compensation $45k - $60k+
NATURE OF THE WORK:*
Equipment Sales Team. The responsibilities will include, Retail and some commericial outdoor power equipment sales. Will include some equipment assembly, Inventory, sales area organization, transportation, and other duties as assigned. Assist equipment rental customers as a backup, register transactions, and inventory.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Frequent lifting and a significant degree of walking, bending, pushing, and transporting objects of various weights and dimensions is required. Must be able to stand for long periods. Most all work will be indoors with limited general warehouse conditions.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, & REQUIREMENTS:
- Six months or more of Outdoor Power Equipment sales experience with a track record of success, preferably in one of the following industries: agricultural equipment, motor vehicle industry, outdoor power equipment, construction equipment, small engine and accessories.
- A minimum high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
- Must be willing to work a normal 40 hours per week, and longer hours, as required, to meet customer demands.
- Able to lift and handle heavy loads up to 70 lbs.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Must maintain a professional personal appearance.
- Must speak English clearly and write legibly. The ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a company drug screen at any time.
- Must maintain an acceptable attendance and on-time record.
