Event Brand Ambassador — DropKick Coffee (San Diego, CA)
We're growing our events team and looking for outgoing, high-energy Brand Ambassadors to be the face of DropKick out in the wild — pouring our canned Nitro Cold Brew Specialty Coffee at sampling events, festivals, and pop-ups. You'll hand people their new favorite cold brew, tell the DropKick story, capture the fun along the way, and — at select events — turn great conversations into sales. What You'll Do
- Be the face of DropKick — approach event-goers, share our nitro flavors, and hand out chilled samples that turn strangers into fans (while keeping product properly iced and looking its best all day).
- Create the vibe — set up an inviting, on-brand display, then break it down and pack out at the end, coolers and all. At smaller events you'll run the show solo; at larger ones you'll team up with a fellow ambassador to divide and conquer.
- Capture the moment — grab photos and video of the product, the people, and the good time for us to share on social, and post to your own channels if that's your thing.
- Close the sale — at select events, run quick, friendly transactions on a mobile card reader (e.g., Square).
- Keep us in the loop — send a short digital recap after each event (samples poured, crowd favorites, sales, and highlights).
What You'll Earn
$25–30/hour base pay, plus sales and performance commission that can significantly boost your hourly earnings — the more you sell, the more you make. Plus free nitro cold brew to keep you fueled.
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing, reliable, and genuinely into coffee culture
- Prior experience in brand promotion, events, customer service, or retail (or a natural who's ready to jump in)
- A self-starter who takes ownership — comfortable running an event solo and pulling your weight as part of a team
- Comfortable using your phone for photos, recaps, and a mobile POS
- Able to stand for a full event and lift up to 40 lbs (ice and cases of cans add up)
- Open weekend and evening availability
- A reliable vehicle to haul an event kit
- Food Handlers Card required (or obtainable before your start date)

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
