We are looking for a detail-oriented, hospitality-minded Float Attendant to join our team and help deliver an exceptional wellness experience.
Job Summary: As a Float Attendant, you are the face of our center and the guardian of our relaxation spaces. Your primary responsibilities include welcoming clients, guiding first-time floaters through their orientation, maintaining immaculate cleanliness throughout the facility, and resetting float rooms between sessions to pristine standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Hospitality: Welcome guests with warmth, check them in efficiently using our booking system, and provide thorough, calming orientations for new clients.
- Room Turnovers & Sanitation: Meticulously clean, sanitize, and reset float suites, showers, and relaxation areas between appointments according to strict hygiene standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Regularly test water chemistry (salt levels, temperature, and pH), maintain laundry (washing and folding towels/robes), and ensure the lobby and restrooms are spotless.
- Sales & Product Knowledge: Guide clients on membership options, packages, and retail wellness products to help them continue their wellness journey.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding cleanliness and sanitation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time efficiently between appointments.
- Comfortable handling light technical tasks (e.g., testing water, operating laundry machines).
- Flexibility to work weekends and evening shifts.
