Sales Person Responsibilities:
Assists customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs and budget
Thorough knowledge of available vehicles
Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase
Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork
Maintain an ongoing relationship with customers
Be available to respond to sales inquires in a professional, well spoken manner
Prepared to interact with customers via phone and email
Assist customers with information
Respond quickly to customer requests
Finance Manager Responsibilities:
Sells financing and credit life, accident, and health insurance to customers.
Provides customers with thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner.
Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval.
Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
Qualifications:
Good verbal and written communication
Self-motivated and goal oriented
Enthusiastic
Open to learn and develop your skills
Clean Nevada Drivers License (Required)
Bilingual a plus
