Job Description:
Badger State Western Inc is currently hiring professional Over-the-Road Company Truck Drivers. We specialize in Refrigerated LTL Midwest to the West Coast.
- Starting Pay $0.68 CPM
- Average load rotation for OTR Company Driver is 10 days out, with 3 days home.
- Company trucks are relied on for freight pickups on Thursdays and load out of Midwest on Fridays.
- We run routes from the Midwest (WI, MN, IL) to the West (CA, WA, OR, AZ, NM, NV, TX, UT, ID).
- Drop Pay $50 per Drop after first drop(no pick pay)
- Multi Drop/Pick Loads
- Annual CPM Increased based on Safety & Performance records & Company Longevity.
- Monthly $500 Safety & Performance Bonus
- Detention Pay $21 per Hour (2 hours included/maximum of 4 hours paid)
- Layover Pay $100 per Day
- Average 2500 miles/per week, paid weekly by direct deposit.
- 24/7 Live In-house Support
- Company Drivers are not routed, not limited to specific fueling stations or force dispatched.

Mechanical Breakdown Pay, Local Work/Pay Options, Phone Reimbursement, Referral Bonus
(up to $3,200), DOT Medical Exams Paid, etc. All Equipment is Late Model/Low Mileage, 2023-2024 International LT625's includes, Inverter, Refrigerator, TV Hookups, APU (some), Cable Chains, Emergency Spill Kit, Samsung Tablet, PrePass Plus, etc. Trucks are governed at 68mph on pedal/70mph on cruise. Trailers are 53 foot with Carrier or Thermo King Refrigeration Units.
We utilize Motive ELD, McLeod Anywhere App, Scanning App and WEX Card Control App for all drivers.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Current DOT Fed Med Card
- Minimum 3years verifiable CMV OTR driving experience.
- Willing to submit to a urine drug screen.
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last 3 years.
- No major convictions within the last 3 years, such as alcohol or drug related offences, leaving the scene of an accident, driving while suspended or revoked, reckless driving, speeding in access of 15mph, etc.
- Minimum Age 25
- We do not hire SAP program graduates or currently enrolled drivers.
Wage Range: 0.68 - 0.68 per mile
