We're looking for an Embroidery Specialist who enjoys working with precision, loves staying organized, and takes pride in producing exceptional work. Whether you already have embroidery experience or have strong sewing skills and are eager to learn, we'll provide hands-on training to help you succeed.

What You'll Do
- Operate commercial embroidery machines and sewing equipment to produce high-quality personalized baby apparel and gifts.
- Prepare garments for embroidery, including hooping, thread selection, machine setup, and design placement.
- Produce personalized products with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every order meets our quality standards.
- Inspect finished items for accuracy, stitch quality, and personalization before they move to the next stage of production.
- Perform post-production tasks such as trimming threads, folding, packaging, and preparing products for shipment.
- Assist with order fulfillment by picking, packing, labeling, and shipping customer orders accurately and on time.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily production goals while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring embroidery supplies, garments, packaging materials, and other production essentials.
- Support other production and warehouse duties as needed to help the team deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00–$18.00 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Eureka Springs, AR (In-person)
