Key Responsibilities
- Follow up promptly with inbound leads and guide them through the sales pipeline
- Build strong relationships with prospects through consistent communication and follow-up
- Generate your own leads through cold outreach, networking, social media, and local partnerships
- Conduct on-site consultations and property assessments with prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and project estimates
- Track all activity using CRM software or designated systems
- Work closely with design and project management teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to execution
- Stay knowledgeable about our services, products, pricing, and industry trends
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in outside sales (landscape, construction, or home services preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable generating your own business and managing a full sales pipeline
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of landscape design, artificial turf, or outdoor construction is a plus
