Compensation - $25-27/ HR plus bonus
Hours: Full time, 4 Day Work Week!

Job Description:
Bill Luke Chrysler, Jeep ,Dodge, RAM in Phoenix, AZ is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk who will be processing and balancing daily deposits, closing parts tickets, overseeing receivable schedules, and ensuring receivables are not over aging.
This is a high-energy and fun environment. This is a high-volume dealership, and we are looking for a quick-paced employee to add to our team.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized.
- Excellent communication skill – both written and oral.
- Time Management – prioritizing workload.
- Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
- Able to meet month end time lines and cut offs
- Ability to communicate with Customers in regards to account balances and outstanding invoices
- Proficient in Microsoft and Excel.
- Works well in a team environment
- Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
- Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus
- MUST have previous dealership experience
