To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Use your landscaping experience and people skills to be an effective team member
- Landscaping experience is a plus
- Ready to work hard in weather conditions (heat, cold etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Horticulture knowledge and standards of pruning, planting, digging, and mulching
Qualifications
- A solid work ethic and good teamwork skills
- Skills in various gardening techniques and equipment
- Knowledge and ability to use landscape related tools (i.e. mowers, trimmers, blowers. etc.)
- High school degree or GED is preferred
- A valid driver license and a clean driving record is a plus
- Ability to read and write
- Successfully undergo and pass DISA Drug Screening
- Successfully undergo and pass DISA Background Check
- Possess or can obtain a TWIC Card
- Adhere to close-shave compliance
