Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential clients interested in Workflow AI Software solutions
- Conduct warm calling and telemarketing activities to generate new business opportunities and expand our customer base
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales records
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that effectively promote product benefits
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored technical sales solutions
- Develop business relationships through consistent follow-up and ongoing communication to maximize revenue potential
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a focus on software or SaaS products
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly in English
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce and other CRM tools for managing customer data and sales pipelines
- Experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques to generate leads and close deals
- Knowledge of customer service principles combined with a proactive approach to business development
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining motivation and discipline
