Duties
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Present product features, benefits, and high-end sales options to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing deals efficiently
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, expanding our customer base across various markets
- Maintain accurate inventory management and control to ensure product availability and presentation standards
- Assist with retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and profit margins to support effective sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, handling cashiering duties accurately, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales, dealership experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak multiple languages or be bilingual for diverse customer engagement
- Experience in outside sales and outbound sales techniques to generate new business opportunities
- Knowledge of jewelry design and repair is a plus for high-end product knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and inventory control effectively
- Skilled in public speaking and customer interaction to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in retail math, administrative tasks, phone etiquette, and inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills while collaborating as part of a team
