Rancho Santiago Community College District is seeking highly skilled and motivated Artificial Intelligence Trainers/Instructors to deliver in-person training sessions to organizations based in Orange County and Los Angeles County. The ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of AI principles and practical applications, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. You will be instrumental in empowering organizations to leverage AI for growth, efficiency, and innovation. Responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs on General AI Training, AI Individual Courses, and Customized Artificial Intelligence Training including automation and AI coding.
- Conduct assessments of teams and individuals to tailor training programs.
- Provide instruction on topics such as business prompting, AI tools for marketing and customer service, website optimization, and more.
- Equip participants with the knowledge and skills to implement AI solutions, optimize operations, and improve customer engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI trends and technologies.
- Work with organizations to deliver training at their sites or designated locations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in artificial intelligence training or a related field.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of various learners.
- Subject matter expertise in areas such as:
- Business prompting
- Digital literacy
- AI-driven tools for automation, marketing, and customer service
- Data-driven decision-making
- Google Analytics/ Website optimization
- Marketing plan development
- Financial analysis
- Video/podcast creation for business
- Bidding for government contracts
- Social media calendar development
- Familiarity automation and AI coding tools
- Experience in applying AI in healthcare, manufacturing and/or hospitality a plus.
Compensation:
Project based on training hours at a rate of $73 an hour
