As we continue expanding our online business, we are seeking a passionate Digital Growth Marketing Specialist to help drive customer acquisition, optimize digital advertising performance, and accelerate online sales growth.
Position Summary
We are looking for a data-driven and growth-oriented digital marketer who has hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns and improving customer acquisition performance.
This role will be responsible for planning, launching, testing, analyzing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
You will work closely with our e-commerce, customer service, and sales teams to generate high-quality leads, improve conversion efficiency, and scale our online business.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving growth challenges through experimentation, data analysis, and continuous optimization.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads (preferred)
- Manage advertising budgets and bidding strategies.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve:
- ROAS
- CTR
- CPC
- CPA
- Conversion Rate
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimization decisions.
Performance Marketing & Growth
- Develop customer acquisition strategies.
- Improve website traffic quality and lead generation.
- Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Increase qualified website visitors and new customer growth.
- Identify growth opportunities through marketing data and customer behavior.
A/B Testing & Optimization
Continuously test and optimize:
- Ad creatives
- Headlines
- Audience targeting
- Campaign structures
- Landing pages
- Promotional offers
- Marketing funnels
Analyze test results and implement improvements to maximize campaign performance.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze performance using:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Ads
- Meta Business Manager
- Shopify Analytics
- Other marketing analytics tools
Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering:
- ROAS
- CTR
- CPA
- CAC
- Conversion Rate
- Customer Acquisition
- Marketing Performance
Provide actionable recommendations based on campaign data.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
- E-commerce Manager
- Customer Service & Sales Team
- Graphic Designer
- Content & Brand Team
to improve customer acquisition, conversion rates, and overall online sales performance.
QualificationsRequired
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of Performance Marketing and Paid Media.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience conducting A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional working proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a bilingual sales and operations team.
