We specialize in residential cleaning, Airbnb turnover services, move-in/move-out cleanings, and commercial cleaning for offices, medical facilities, and other businesses.
Founded by a local real estate professional and real estate investor who personally manages multiple Airbnb properties, our company understands that quality, consistency, and attention to detail make all the difference. Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes, Airbnb properties, and commercial facilities
- Perform routine, deep, and detailed cleaning tasks
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, countertops, sinks, showers, and toilets
- Make beds, change linens, and prepare Airbnb properties for arriving guests
- Restock cleaning supplies and guest amenities as needed
- Follow company cleaning procedures, checklists, and quality standards
- Safely use cleaning products and equipment
- Report damages, maintenance concerns, or supply shortages
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service when interacting with clients
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the workday
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Schedule
Typical daytime shifts are:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Depending on business needs, employees may also be scheduled for:
- Early morning shifts: 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Evening shifts: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Weekend availability may be required, particularly for Airbnb turnover services, commercial accounts, and special projects.
