Russ Hadick & Associates, Inc has partnered with a client in the Dayton to search and qualify candidates for their Mechanical Service Leader. This role will be responsible for the maintaining world class customer service relations through a customer facing attitude, responsive communication, equipment troubleshooting, job scheduling, and finding solutions to tough problems.
Experience/Requirements
- Mechanical experience, BSME or BSMET is preferred
- Experience in a production environment
- Experience dispatching field service engineers for installations, warranty, breakdown and preventative maintenance service
- Strong Customer experience
- Experience with metal forming equipment installation and repair is a plus
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- No job hoppers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
