Responsibilities
- Work with potential property sellers through various marketing channels and networking efforts
- Consistently follow up and nurture potential leads via texts, calls, drip campaigns, etc.
- Schedule & attend in-person appointments with clients to understand their needs to sell their properties for cash in Central PA & MD
- Negotiate purchase agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for the client and the company
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, negotiations, and transaction progress using organizational tools and CRM
- Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate investment trends and property values
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote property listings and attract potential sellers
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, evaluating property conditions and repair scopes, analyzing values and margins, and negotiating contracts
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with a diverse array of clients
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and consistent lead follow up processes
