Responsibilities

Supervise store operations during assigned shifts.

Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.

Support and coach team members during shifts.

Maintain labor levels according to company standards.

Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
Work Environment

Fast-paced restaurant setting with frequent standing, walking, and reaching.

Exposure to hot ovens, food odors, and varying temperatures.
Physical Demands

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (ingredients, supplies, etc.).

Frequent use of hands for food preparation, equipment operation, and paperwork.
Qualifications
Requirements
-
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.

Prior management experience in fast food (pizza experience preferred).

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Skills & Abilities
-
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Knowledge of basic math and cash handling.

Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team.
