Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality menu items while maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
- Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and closing duties.
- Lead by example while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or culinary experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
