Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing transactions. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that customers have a pleasant dining experience and that their orders are processed accurately and promptly.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus, answering any questions they may have about food and beverage options.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling practices.
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Adhere to food handling safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests from guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, grocery store, or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $21.30 - $22.00 per hour
