Construction Foreman – Barndominium, Commercial, Agricultural Post-Frame Construction
Location: Indianapolis West & Northwest Metro Area
Compensation: $95,000 - $110,000 annual base earnings (hourly + OT) + full benefits, company truck, and performance bonus.

What You'll Lead
As a Foreman, you'll be trusted to lead construction projects from the ground up while building a strong, motivated crew.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading crews on commercial, agricultural, and post-frame construction projects
- Coordinating daily jobsite activities
- Reading blueprints and ensuring quality workmanship
- Maintaining production schedules
- Coaching and developing crew members
- Enforcing safety standards
- Communicating with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers
- Solving problems quickly to keep projects moving
- Delivering projects safely, on time, and with exceptional quality
We're Looking For Leaders With Experience In
- Commercial Construction
- Post-Frame Buildings
- Pole Barn Construction
- Agricultural Buildings
- Structural Framing
- Carpentry
- Crew Leadership
- Superintendent or Foreman experience
- Barndominiums
- Wood-frame construction
Experience with companies such as Morton Buildings, Cleary Building Corp., Walters Buildings, Wick Buildings, Lester Buildings, FBI Buildings, or other commercial/post-frame contractors is highly valued.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Foreman, Crew Leader, Lead Carpenter, or Superintendent
- Strong framing and structural carpentry skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints
- Experience managing crews and daily production
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license
