- Assemble products using hand and power tools
- Follow basic assembly instructions
- Inspect products to make sure they meet quality standards
- Package completed products
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Follow company safety and production guidelines
- No previous assembly experience required – we'll train you!
- Good attention to detail
- Dependable and ready to work
- Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Manufacturing, construction, mechanical, warehouse, or hands-on experience is a plus

This is a great opportunity for candidates with construction, manufacturing, warehouse, landscaping, or general labor experience — but you don't have to have concrete experience to apply!
- Assist with the production of concrete products
- Prepare and work with production molds
- Operate equipment safely after training
- Help move materials and products
- Perform basic quality checks
- Keep the production area clean and organized
- Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
- Previous concrete experience is not required
- Construction, manufacturing, warehouse, landscaping, or general labor experience is a plus
- Comfortable performing physical work
- Able to lift and move materials as needed
- Dependable and willing to learn
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Safety-minded and willing to follow instructions
- Starting at $18+/hr. based on experience
