Position Summary
The Director of Marketing reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and leads the strategy, execution, and scaling of Entelligence’s marketing function to drive qualified revenue pipeline, support talent acquisition, and elevate the brand across all channels.
This hands-on leadership role owns demand generation, brand and content strategy, sales enablement, partner marketing, and marketing operations across our technology services portfolio, and positions Entelligence as a trusted technology services leader.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Plan, build, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital advertising, social media, content, webinars, and events
Translate Entelligence's brand, messaging, and positioning into campaigns, collateral, content, and applied marketing assets
Lead, develop, and manage the marketing team, establishing priorities, performance expectations, and professional development plans
Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Leadership
Develop and maintain a library of sales enablement materials, presentations, case studies, and messaging that support business development and customer engagement
Manage external agencies, contractors, and marketing vendors while ensuring quality, budget adherence, and measurable outcomes
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
Manage campaign execution across digital, outbound, events, partner marketing, and integrated marketing channels
Brand, Website & Content Strategy
Develop thought leadership and market-facing content focused on ISV, channel, technology, and industry topics
Strategize, develop and produce customer success stories, case studies, webinars, partner content, video content, and other proof points that support credibility and business development
Marketing Operations & Analytics
Own the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot campaigns, emails, website, landing pages, forms, dashboards, audience segmentation, automation, integrations, and data quality
Develop and maintain marketing KPI dashboards, executive reporting, and performance metrics that measure pipeline contribution, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment
Analyze marketing performance and operational processes to identify opportunities to improve automation, reporting, efficiency, and customer engagement, translating insights into actionable recommendations that increase ROI and pipeline contribution
Recruitment & Category Marketing
Manage the company-wide monthly newsletter to promote a healthy, connected, and encouraging workplace culture, while contributing ideas and initiatives that support employee engagement and retention
Partner Marketing
Support partner events, campaigns, co-marketing programs, and alliance initiatives that strengthen market visibility and customer engagement
Monitor relevant technology, ISV, channel, and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiated positioning and content
