A warm Louisville family is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their two young children, ages 3 and 1. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The family is looking for someone who will become a trusted part of their children's lives and grow alongside them in the years ahead.
Their children are bright, curious, and happiest when they're exploring the world around them. Whether it's a trip to the library, zoo, science center, neighborhood park, or simply playing outside, the family values hands-on learning, creativity, and plenty of fresh air. They are hoping to find a nanny who enjoys balancing structured activities with child-led play and isn't afraid to get a little muddy along the way.
Responsibilities are centered around the children's day-to-day care, including preparing meals and snacks, tidying up after activities, children's laundry, packing for outings, and transporting the children to preschool and local enrichment activities. The family is also looking for someone who feels confident supporting potty training and guiding toddlers with a calm, patient approach. They appreciate a caregiver who can meet children with warmth, steady boundaries, and a grounded presence during big emotions. Bilingual candidates or those from diverse cultural backgrounds are warmly welcomed, though not required.
The family offers $24–$28 per hour, guaranteed hours, PTO days, and paid sick days. They are excited to welcome a nurturing, engaging nanny who is looking for a long-term home with a family that truly values the role of a caregiver.
