Required Skills:
- Experience operating die cutting machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and work orders
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic troubleshooting and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Ability to perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with aerator systems and material feeding processes
- Knowledge of production data recording and quality inspection techniques
- Previous experience working with paperboard, cardboard, or plastic materials
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally in die cutting or related machinery operation
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy
- Commitment to safety standards and protocols
- Willingness to work overtime or on weekends as needed
