Overview
The Commissioner of Public works is responsible to oversee and administer all Public Works programs and projects in the City of Fulton. The incumbent shall also be responsible to oversee the city water ad sanitation operations and maintenance functions, and has responsibility for insuring a potable water supply. This is a full time position under the direction of the Mayor. Supervision is exercised over the work of personnel in the Department of Public works, Water Department and Sanitation Department.
Minimum qualifications:
A. Bachelor's Degree in Civil engineering or Business Administration and two years of experience as supervisor, or
B. An Associate's Degree in Engineering Technology, Engineering Science or Business Administration and four years of experience assisting in Public Works, Water or Sanitation operations, two of which shall have been in a supervisory capacity, or
C. High School Graduate and six years experience assisting in Public Works, Water or Sanitation operations, two of which shall have been in a supervisory capacity.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
