Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Restaurant Staff for the following positions: Expo/Food Runner, Host, and Server. In these dynamic roles, you will be an integral part of our restaurant operations, ensuring that each guest has a memorable dining experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with your team to provide exceptional service and maintain the high standards of our establishment in a beautiful outdoor patio setting looking over the Pacific Ocean on the Pacific Coast Highway. Currently hours of operation are Tuesday thru Friday Evenings 4pm-11pm, Saturday and Sunday 11am-11pm.
Expo/Food Runner $18 per Hour + Percent of all House tips.
- SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AVAILBILITY REQUIRED
- Help deliver all dishes to tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage room and food windows.
- Collaborate with Chefs to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Dress professionally according to dress code.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Knowledge of food safety practices. Food Handlers Card required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Server $18 per Hour + Tips
- Requires Saturday Night and Sunday Night Availability.
- 3-4 Shifts available per week.
- Polished appearance and posture suitable for a luxury environment
- Keeps calm and efficient during peak service hours
- Communicates clearly with management, servers, and kitchen staff
- Maintains cleanliness and presentation of service area and bar
- Consistent and dependable; understands the importance of timing in fine dining
- Prepared and ready before each shift begins
- Understands boundaries and professional conduct at all times
Host Position - $22 per Hour
- Requires weekend availability.
- Polished appearance and posture suitable for a luxury environment
- Keeps calm and efficient during peak service hours
- Communicates clearly with management, and servers.
- Maintains cleanliness and presentation of service area and bar
- Consistent and dependable; understands the importance of timing in fine dining
- Prepared and ready before each shift begins

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
