Hospice Caregiver – 12 Hour Day Shifts (6a–6p) | Franklin, TN
We are hiring an experienced, compassionate caregiver to support a hospice client who is fully bed bound. This role requires a caregiver with strong hands on skills, calm professionalism, and the ability to manage complex care needs with confidence.
Schedule
- 12 hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Consistent, ongoing assignment

Must be reliable and able to commit to full day shifts
Client Care Needs
This client requires total bed bound support, including:
- Dementia appropriate communication and redirection

Bed bound oral care
-
Changing bed sheets with an occupied bed
-
Complete bed baths
-
Repositioning, comfort care, and skin integrity monitoring

Meal setup and feeding assistance as needed

Maintaining a calm, supportive environment throughout the day
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with hospice, dementia, and bed bound care

Confidence performing all aspects of personal care for a fully dependent client

Professional communication and a steady, patient demeanor

Reliability, this client depends on consistent, committed caregivers

Ability to follow care plans and collaborate with family and care team
Requirements
- Hands on caregiving experience with bed bound clients
