We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), and electrical components using schematics and technical manuals.
- Conduct appliance repair and installation for various commercial kitchen equipment and other appliances as needed.
- Operate company vehicles safely for on-site repairs or equipment deliveries, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and maintenance manuals to diagnose issues accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational standards.
- Assist with construction projects or upgrades involving mechanical systems or building infrastructure when required.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with team members and clients regarding maintenance status or issues.
- Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during complex repair or installation projects when necessary.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician in commercial or industrial settings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and appliances.
- Familiarity with schematics, technical diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience operating HVAC/R equipment along with understanding of air conditioning systems and refrigeration technology.
- Knowledge of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices within construction or facility management environments.
- Ability to perform appliance installation and repair efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently or lead small teams effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely in various conditions.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
