Title: Trial Attorney – Plaintiff Personal Injury

About the Role:
· Established plaintiff-side litigation firm seeking an experienced personal injury attorney to manage cases from intake through trial.
· This is a hands-on litigation role with strong case ownership, courtroom exposure, and direct client impact.
What You’ll Do:
· Handle personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
· Manage litigation strategy, discovery, depositions, and motions.
· Lead mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
· Appear in hearings and court proceedings across Virginia.
· Evaluate claims and maximize case value.
· Work directly with clients throughout the litigation process.
· Mentor junior attorneys as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
· Active Virginia Bar license required.
· Plaintiff personal injury or civil litigation experience.
· Strong deposition, negotiation, and trial prep experience.
· Ability to independently manage a caseload.
· Trial experience strongly preferred.
· Plaintiff-side background highly preferred.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
