A Celery Sales Associate is responsible for delivering a high-end shopping experience, building relationships with clients, and driving sales in a luxury retail environment. Here's an overview of the role:
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service with a personalized approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand, products, and industry trends.
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the boutique is always presentable.
- Process transactions accurately and handle high-value purchases with discretion.
- Handle after-sales services, including follow-ups and resolving customer concerns.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the overall boutique experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must have prior experience in luxury retail, high end retail , or specialty ladies boutique within the last year. Your application will get denied if your retail experience doesn't match the requirement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must love interacting with people.
- Must have a passion for luxury fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands.
- Must be knowledgeable in luxury and high end brands and labels.
- Professional and stylish appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work Tue-Thur 11-4, Fri-Sat 11-5
- Social media knowledge a plus
- Must be reliable and prompt.
