Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) – State College, PA
A well-established skilled nursing facility in Orbisonia, PA is seeking a dynamic and experienced LNHA to lead our team and ensure excellence in resident care and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the facility, including clinical, administrative, and financial functions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Lead, mentor, and support department managers and staff
- Develop and implement policies that enhance resident care and operational efficiency
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and regulatory readiness
Qualifications:
- Current LNHA license in Pennsylvania
- Proven leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and state licensing requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
