We are seeking a dedicated and energetic CLEANER to join Commercial Services team the position will be working as a CLEANER at a shopping center in the HIXSON, TN area. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our commercial property. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your janitorial and custodial skills while contributing to the smooth operation of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning duties across multiple areas, empty trash receptacle, place trash bags in dumpsters, pick up trash in parking lots, police the rear of shopping center daily.
- Maintain cleanliness logs and report any safety hazards or facility concerns promptly to management.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive environment for all occupants.
Requirements
- Vehicle is required in order to move between jobs
- Phone is required to communicate and clock into shifts
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within commercial or residential settings.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
