Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic bilingual Spanish and English Clinical Assistant to join Keystone Medical Group. In this vital role, you will support patient care delivery across a multidisciplinary medical and rehabilitation environment focused on musculoskeletal injuries, physical therapy, chiropractic care, and accident-related recovery. Your proactive approach will help ensure smooth clinic operations, excellent patient communication, and a high level of patient service. This position is ideal for someone eager to enter the healthcare field, as no prior experience is necessary and full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and communicate with patients in both English and Spanish
- Room patients and prepare them for evaluations and treatment
- Assist with physical therapy and chiropractic patients during treatment sessions under provider supervision
- Support therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation equipment setup under clinical direction
- Coordinate patient flow between providers, therapy, and administrative staff
- Assist with scheduling appointments and general front desk administrative tasks
- Ensure patients have a positive, welcoming, and professional experience
- Support overall clinic operations as needed in a team-based environment
Skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
- No experience necessary; training will be provided
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Comfortable interacting with patients in person and over the phone

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
