We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our operations team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our properties in top notch condition. The Maintenance Coordinator will manage work orders from start to finish and coordinate with vendors and tenants to resolve issues promptly. Full time role. M-F 9am to 5pm.
Duties
- Receive, prioritize, and manage maintenance work orders through to completion
- Coordinate and schedule vendor/contractor visits for work
- Respond to urgent and emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Communicate clearly with residents regarding work order status and scheduling
- Track and document all maintenance activity and ensure proper follow-up
- Supervise efforts of maintenance staff across portfolio
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial or residential property management preferred
- Experience with Rent Manager or similar property management software preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open work orders simultaneously
- Strong communicator — professional with tenants, vendors, and management
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage their own time effectively
