Peninsula Catholic High School is seeking a qualified Head Varsity Baseball Coach to oversee the school’s baseball program.
- Provide leadership and oversight for the entire baseball program.

Plan, organize, and conduct practices, games, and offseason development activities.

Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth among student-athletes.

Foster a positive and competitive culture that reflects the mission and values of Peninsula Catholic High School.

Collaborate with school administration, athletic department staff, parents, and community supporters.

Ensure compliance with VISAA, TCIS, and school policies and procedures.
Qualifications

Previous high school, collegiate, or comparable baseball coaching experience preferred.

Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to mentor and motivate student-athletes
- Commitment to the mission of Catholic education.

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Successful completion of required background screening.

VIRTUS certification (or willingness to obtain)
