Lakewood based property management company is seeking a Bi-lingual Property Management Service Coordinator to join our team. This position works directly under the Service Manager and plays a key role in keeping our properties operating smoothly while supporting tenants, vendors maintenance staff, and management.
This position is also responsible for filling residential vacancies, coordinating showings, and processing move-outs.
We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and motivated who can effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members while helping maintain high occupancy and smooth daily operations.
Maintenance & Service Coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenant maintenance requests
- Work under the direction of the Service Manager
- Creates service orders
- Schedules service orders
- Obtain vendor quotes
- Coordinate and schedule outside vendors
- Review and process vendor invoices
- Schedule monthly, annual, and routine property inspections
- Track inspection reports and required follow-up work
Tenant Relations
- Respond to tenant questions and concerns promptly
- Enforces lease terms professionally
- Assist with conflict resolution and customer service matters
- Documents all calls with a follow up email
- Maintain positive tenant relationships
Vacancy, Leasing & Move-Out Coordination
- Take the lead on filling vacant residential units
- Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects
- Schedule and coordinate property showings
- Assist with leasing paperwork and move-in coordination
- Process tenant move-outs and coordinate turnover preparation
- Help minimize vacancy time and maintain occupancy goals
Administrative Operations
- Maintain organized records and property files
- Track, invoices, and service requests
- Prepare reports
Requirements & Skills
- Must be able to to speak and write in English and Spanish
- 2+ years of experience in property management, leasing, customer service, or office administration
- Experience with Appfolio, property management software or equivalent
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar)
- Strong communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma required
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Full time in office position only.
Monday to Friday 9-5
Pay : $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
