Role
The sales associate full time plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the store while delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a leader on the sales floor, the Keyholder motivates the team, ensures operational excellence, and upholds TNS brand standards. This position is responsible for opening and closing the store, supporting the management team, and serving as the leader on duty when needed.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by greeting, engaging, and assisting every customer.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, providing guidance and support to sales associates during daily operations.
- Open and close the store following company policies and procedures.
- Support merchandising execution, replenishment, and visual presentation to ensure brand standards are maintained.
- Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and shipment processing.
- Help achieve individual and store sales goals by promoting products, services, and current promotions.
- Ensure operational procedures, cash handling, and loss prevention standards are followed at all times.
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to store management when necessary.
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily operational tasks and team development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
About You
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience; leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for fashion and customer experience.
- Language: English required; Spanish is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
