We're hiring Entry Level Automotive Service Advisors / Writers. No prior automotive experience is required—we provide full training. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.
In this role, you'll serve as the primary connection between customers and technicians—greeting customers in person, documenting vehicle concerns, coordinating repairs, and providing updates throughout the service visit.
What you'll do:
- Greet customers in person and schedule service appointments at the dealership
- Listen to customer concerns and prepare repair orders
- Coordinate with technicians regarding diagnostics and repairs
- Provide repair estimates and service updates
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Review completed services and billing with customers
- Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from check-in through vehicle pickup
