If you love babies, we are the school for you. We are looking to employ a qualified Infant Teacher who has a true passion for our youngest children. We are a 5-STAR rated program that emphasizes nurturing and embraces children of all backgrounds and faiths. This is a full-time (Monday-Friday) position. We are conveniently located just 5 minutes from UK campus.
Job includes: The infant teacher should display a gentle and nurturing personality and the patience to assist each infant to mature cognitively and developmentally. The Infant Teacher should possess the ability to handle the demands of babies' needs and schedules. They will ensure the growth and success of our babies aged 6 weeks to 12 months.
Minimum qualifications: Minimum qualifications: High school graduate; 1 year of college in the field of Early Childhood Education preferred but not required or CDA; Prior experience in Early Childhood Education a plus, as well as knowledge of Kentucky Regulations and Standards and the STARS Program.

Teacher Responsibilities Include:
- Help maintain our 5-Star rating
- Follow state licensing requirements
- Attend in-service and staff development trainings (15 required PD hours per year)
- Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Managing classroom behavior effectively and creating a positive learning environment.
- Assessing children's progress and communicating with parents.
Qualifications:
- CDA, CCCC, Associate’s / Bachelor’s Degree or higher, relating to childcare
- Prefer a minimum of 6 months of experience working with children
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Negative TB skin test
- Flexible and energetic
- Strong multi-tasker
- Excellent communication and people skills
