Job Overview
Are you passionate about connecting with people and sharing exciting products? As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be the face of our brand in the community, energizing audiences through engaging events and door-to-door interactions. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive brand awareness, foster customer relationships, and showcase our products through dynamic demonstrations. This paid role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your marketing expertise while making a tangible impact in local markets.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through lively conversations, answering questions and providing detailed product information.
- Build strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent customer service and addressing their needs effectively.
- Represent the brand confidently at public events, utilizing public speaking skills to captivate audiences.
- Collaborate with team members for guidance to ensure consistent messaging and maximize success.
- Work toward meeting weekly goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience or interest in marketing, event marketing, or customer service roles. (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with diverse audiences and foster positive interactions.
- Ability to demonstrate products clearly.
- Ability to memorize provided scripts for potential customer interaction.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Comfortable working outside for extended periods of time.
- Ability to walk 1 - 3 miles a day.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be available from 11:30am - 7:30pm M-F (hours are subject to change seasonally due to daylight savings time).
