Note: This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental delays and certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the BACB are required.

Registered Behavior Technician
Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other behavioral challenges
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to ensure effective treatment
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for clients and staff
Additional Requirements:
- Current RBT Certification
- Attend team meetings and collaborate with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs and BCBA-Ds)
- Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and reliability
- Must be able to reliably attend daily/weekly sessions on time
- Must be able to physically perform the job functions and other duties assigned
- Must maintain current RBT Certification
