What You’ll Do
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales, operations, and team performance
- Lead and motivate a high-energy team on the sales floor
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that build loyalty and drive results
- Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members
- Help manage scheduling, merchandising, and daily store operations
- Maintain strong visual standards and a clean, organized store environment
- Support in-store events and local community initiatives
- Step in to lead the store in the Store Manager’s absence

What You Bring
- 2–3 years of retail or leadership experience
- Proven ability to drive sales and support team performance
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with customer service and team development
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must be 18+ years old
