Overview
We are a leading family-owned Residential Construction & Development company for the past 35 years seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to lead and oversee our projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage on-site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely and on time. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive site infrastructure & building experience, and proficiency with industry standards. Duties
- Supervise daily construction on-site, directing crews working on infrastructure as well as carpentry, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, project specifications, and schedules
- Coordinate with site superintendent, subcontractors, suppliers, while also working directly with company owner to facilitate smooth workflow and communications
- Monitor all machinery/equipment to ensure proper operation
- Oversee quality control processes by inspecting work, reviewing blueprints and project specs to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Manage & inspect material deliveries prior to installation
- Assist in coordination of all on-site inspections
Requirements
- 5+ yrs experience supervising residential sites with a strong background in site work and building construction
- Proficiency in project scheduling and interpreting/executing blueprints
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a safe work environment
- Hands-on experience with all aspects of construction site operations as well as abiltity to operate heavy equipment
- Supervising experience in leading teams effectively while managing multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills to ensure clarity across all project phases.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
