We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team as a full time OR part time barn hand. This position focuses on daily care for our horses and general farm maintenance. We have both morning and afternoon shifts available as well as weekends.
Duties
- Feeding horses and refreshing water.
- Turning horses in and out
- cleaning stalls and paddocks
- General barn upkeep and cleanliness
- Monitoring horse health and behavior
- Light farm tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Prior experience handling and caring for horses
- Comfortable working around horses of all sizes and temperaments
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independly and follow instructions
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks (up to 50 pounds) as needed.
