Admissions Director
Location: The Gardens at West Shore – Camp Hill, PA
The Gardens at West Shore is currently seeking an experienced Admissions Director for our skilled nursing facilities in Camp Hill, PA. This position will support two facilities within the Camp Hill area, working closely with leadership teams to manage admissions and strengthen referral partnerships.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to develop and maintain relationships with local hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners to drive patient referral efforts and support facility census growth.

Position Overview
The Admissions Director is responsible for overseeing the referral and admissions process, building strong relationships with healthcare partners, and ensuring a smooth transition for residents entering the facility. This role requires strong communication, marketing, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow new referral opportunities with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and other healthcare partners
Serve as the primary liaison between the facilities and referral sources
Review and manage incoming referrals and convert referrals into new resident admissions
Conduct community outreach and relationship-building efforts to increase awareness and referrals
Coordinate admissions with the clinical, nursing, and administrative teams
Facilitate a smooth admission process for residents and families
Ensure all admission documentation and records are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain strong communication with facility leadership regarding census goals and referral activity
Represent the facilities at community events, hospital meetings, and professional networking opportunities
Qualifications
Experience in Healthcare Sales, Marketing, Referral Management, and/or Admissions required
LPN preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Knowledge of long-term care admissions processes and healthcare referral networks preferred
