Position: Residential House Cleaner (1099 Contractor)
Pay: $25–$35/hr + tips (Average Pay $1,500+/week)
Schedule: Flexible (PT or FT, typically 8 AM – 6 PM)
Requirements
- 1+ years of house cleaning experience
- Reliable vehicle (fits cleaning supplies)
- Smartphone for communication/scheduling
- Bring your own supplies/equipment
- Liability insurance once hired ($42/month for $1M coverage)

Duties
- Clean homes, Move Outs, Airbnbs, vacation and staged properties
- Full cleaning of kitchens, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms
- Pre-clean walkthroughs with clients
- Communicate professionally by phone/email
